PEOPLE AS YOUR COMPETITIVE EDGE

TRAINING AND SKILLS

Astu Labs delivers AI training for companies on a role-by-role basis: for the whole staff, for teams, leadership teams, team leads and change ambassadors. Instead of generic slide marathons and mass training, we believe the best results come when the exercises and the learning are tied to people’s own work.

Our training is technology-independent: Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT and other tools as your needs require. Rather than focusing on tools, we believe AI is about a change in mindset and continuous learning. Only a shift in thinking — and making continuous learning a habit — changes the way your organisation works. We don’t teach prompting, we teach thinking.

Take an active grip on managing skills and make sure your strategy doesn’t fall short for lack of know-how.

By investing in AI literacy, you make sure your staff have a solid understanding of how AI works and what it can do, how to use it safely and responsibly, and the opportunities and risks that come with it.

Our recommendation is to start here before moving on to tool-specific training for Copilot, Claude and ChatGPT, so that the ground rules are clear to everyone from the very start.

To guarantee the best possible outcome, AI literacy training is always designed around your organisation’s own guidelines and policies.

Aimed at people who haven’t yet used agents to make their own work more efficient, or who feel they’re still at an early stage with agents. The training focuses especially on improving personal productivity through practical, hands-on examples.

The training gives you a clear, practical foundation for using AI agents in your own work. The theory part covers the basics of agents, briefly introduces building agents without code, and shares best practices.

The goal is that every participant leaves with the skills to build basic agents to support their own personal productivity. The training is always designed client by client.

We deliver training on a role and small-group basis — not as all-staff sessions, but in small groups of people doing the same or similar work. The training is technology-independent: Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and others.

Typically, coaching is offered once a month, and on top of that our experts are available on one principle: ask anything, any time.

Both research and our own experience show that role-based learning is the most effective way to root new skills in an organisation. When learning is tied directly to a person’s own work, responsibilities and processes, the lessons move into practice faster and stick for good.

Coaching for leadership teams, teams and change ambassadors
From individual time savings towards organisational growth and profitability.

At this level you take the next step with agents — it’s no longer just about personal productivity, but about multiplying the power of the whole team. The training is aimed at team leads, internal AI group members and power users who want to build and roll out effective team-level agents in a practical, controlled way.

You’ll learn the options for publishing and managing agents, how to use data sources and tools, agent flows, autonomous triggers and analytics — so you can make sure your agents deliver value to your team.

We cover the basics of distributing agents, roles and access rights. You’ll also learn about agent licensing and troubleshooting. In the hands-on exercise, we build team-level agents in small groups. After choosing a use case, the aim is to build a first version of an agent. You’ll get familiar with defining tools and data sources, test and publish the agent, and learn about testing and troubleshooting.

By the end of the training you’ll be equipped to keep developing team-level agents and strengthening these skills in your own organisation. You’ll also understand the best practices and support structures needed around team-level agents.

We coach leadership teams to lead AI transformation with care and consideration, in a structured way and leading by example. The content is tailored to your needs, but typically we cover using different generative AI tools in a leader’s everyday work, teach you to build AI agents to ease your own routine tasks, and spar with you on the challenges of leading change. We also look at how the technology is developing and where it is heading, so you can focus on delivering your organisation’s core purpose and operations instead of navigating the hype.

A change ambassador plays a key role on an organisation’s AI journey — building a bridge between leadership’s ambition and staff’s everyday work. Our coaching gives them both the practical tools and the confidence for that role.

In the coaching we build skills ranging from the practical use of generative AI tools to change communication and facilitation. We learn to recognise and handle resistance to change, to answer difficult questions honestly and constructively, and to run AI workshops for one’s own team. We also cover the principles of responsible AI use — information security, ethics and critical thinking — so the change ambassador can act as a trusted guide.

The content is tailored to your organisation’s goals and industry.

Training for IT management and AI group members
Clear ground rules mean faster decisions and a more agile organisation.

At this level, the focus shifts from building individual agents to managing the whole. As team- and process-level agents become more common, you need structures that ensure safety, manageability and continuous value.

The training digs into the Microsoft Agent 365 environment and how the full set of agents is managed at the organisational level. Alongside agent visibility and lifecycle, we cover best practices and roles for access management.

We also cover information security, compliance requirements and auditing, as well as the performance monitoring and analytics that make sure the agents deliver value. At the governance level, we look at how to manage tens or hundreds of agents successfully — drawing, for example, on the Centre of Excellence model.

After the training, participants are equipped to create and maintain governance models and processes that make it possible to use agents safely and effectively at scale. This level suits organisations that want to move from experiments to a controlled, strategically steered agent environment.

Jouni Manninen
AI Architect

Jouni Manninen coached and guided us through a controlled rollout of Copilot in our workplace. The training sessions were clearly structured and effective. They gave us an excellent foundation for trying out and using AI tools in expert work. What was especially valuable to us was the hands-on approach. Through the exercises we learnt both how AI tools work and how to use them effectively from the very start. As a trainer, Jouni is encouraging and clear-spoken. His expertise and his ability to explain complex things in an understandable way make him an excellent trainer.
